Lyriks Caldwell


Lyriks is origionally from Kerikeri and has been living in Blenheim for a while. He has never really thought about doing anything onstage until he got to Marlborough Boys Collage and being a part of both Kapa Haka and Choir groups.

His first ever BMT show was Priscilla, Queen of the Desert (2023) as a booth singer and after being a part of that fabulous show has given him the bug and the confidence to do more on the stage. That same year while also being his last year of school, Lyriks was a part of the combined college productions School of Rock the Musical (2023) and even though being out of school he was asked to do Legally Blonde the Musical (2024) both as ensemble. In 2024 was Lyriks' first BMT dinner theatre production, The Addams Family the Musical as a part of the undead Ensemble Ancestors of the Addams Family. Next year would be his first BMT production as a main character Willard Hewitt in Footloose the Musical (2025).
